Increase the life of a wheel? Only with DT pro lock! This nipple contains an integrated screw locking system - developed and manufactured by DT Swiss. The two-component adhesive in the nipple thread prevents the spoke-nipple connection from loosening
under the effect of operating loads (loading and unloading of the wheel during riding), ensuring constant spoke tension.
DT pro lock can be mounted mechanically or manually. Available either in brass or aluminum, DT pro lock can be used for all wheels that need reliability, safety and high load capacities. Patent pending and 100% Swiss made.
Deze spaaknippels bevatten een borgmiddel die aktief wordt zodra er een spaak mee wordt vastgezet. Lostrillende spaken is dus verleden tijd!
Deze spaaknippels moeten worden gebruikt, waar de spaakbelastingen hoog en/of sterk wisselend zijn, zoals bij schijfremwielen, tandemwielen e.d.
Het borgmiddel voorkomt ook dat de spaken 'vastkleven' aan de nippels, de wielen blijven dus nastelbaar. Alleen in messing zwart (Pro Lock spaken zijn dus niet in zilver leverbaar!). Ideaal om te gebruiken in combinatie met DT Competition Black spaken.
